In ThetaHealing, we believe that we can connect with the creative life force and use our intuition in the most evolved way when we are in a Theta state. When I teach this concept to students, I am constantly asked: "How do I know that I am connected to the true 'Creator force,' that 'God life force,' that 'spirit that moves through all things,' or if it is just my own thoughts? How can I tell the difference?"

To answer this question, I reply: "You must know yourself." You must understand yourself in order to fully recognize the difference between your thoughts and divine inspiration. In general, however, this ability only comes through experience, so I have designed a course and this book to help others know themselves on an intimate level.
