Lotus Acupressure Mat

The origin of acupressure mats traces back to the fakir bed, which yogis in India used for self-discipline and self-healing. This acupressure mat is ideally suited to restoring the energy flow in the body. The cover is made of cotton fabric. It is removable and washable.
The acupressure points are made of ABS Virgin (acrylonitrile, also known as acrylic resin). These are attached to the mat solely by heating, without the use of additional adhesive.

Simply lie down on it and relax. At the beginning, it may be advisable to wear a light shirt.
